Cars24 is seeking an experienced and qualified Senior Manager/ Manager- Finance Operations to manage the day to day operations, accounting and monthly books closure.

Job Responsibilities:

Being part of FinOps team, the key responsibility would include:

- Responsible for End to End finance operations work- AR, AP, Billing, Payments, Collection etc.

- Timely and accurate monthly book closure

- Ensure Ledgers reconciliations on time

- Ensure SOPs, Controls are being followed

- Driving efficiency through team members

- Front ending new IT implementations with regard to finance and accounts.

Qualification, experience and skill set:

- CA/CMA/MBA-F with min. 5 years of experience in Startups industry (BFSI experience would be preferable)

- Effective team manager with 10-20 team members reporting to this profile.

- Highly proficient in MS excel/ Google sheet skills (working knowledge of SAP experience preferable)

- Team player; very good cooperation and communication skill
