Cars24 | Senior Manager - Finance Transformation

- Chartered Accountant or MBA (Finance Transformation)

- Coordinating the execution of technology transformation and deployment

- Partner with finance process owners and application owners to develop and articulate detailed business requirements for key financial applications, including financial data and self-service financial reporting capabilities for non-finance customers.

- Partner with key finance stakeholders to support change projects and transformation in finance to lead and enable simplification and standardization across the Enterprise and key finance processes

- Partner with key finance stakeholders and technology teams to consult with vendors to prioritize and document business needs and make recommendations for management

- Baseline the current finance technology footprint and related data readiness - our "as is" state

- Create and own the core Finance technology strategy, roadmap and business architecture, working as required with central technology teams and other stakeholders - our "to be" state

- Partner with finance process owners and technology develop and implement innovative technology enabled solutions to address business requirements to get us from our "as is" to our "to be" state

- Work closely with internal technology teams and third-party vendors to ensure successful development and delivery of software solutions and ensure meet business expectations including key activities such as, but not limited to: architecture/technical design & implementation, data integration/migration, issue resolution, integration testing, technical documentation, security standards implementation

- Ensure that adequate controls are in place across our system and related infrastructure
