Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manages sales targets and India sales team for UAE business
- Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company's sales goals.
- Assists in the development of the sales plan and report on sales activity and manage a regular forecast
- Prepares forecasts and KPI reporting for the sales leaders for use in organizational planning, financial -forecasting, budget setting and strategic planning.
- Establish the lead requirements needed to meet your sales objectives.
- Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development.
- Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally.
- Ensure effective sales processes and team performance
- Partner with Customer Excellence, Product and other cross-functional teams to drive success and prioritize initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Top B-school Graduate with a mix of consulting and startup experience
- Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices, and an ability to coach others on them.
- Strong business sense and have good understanding of the markets, customers, and competitors.
