What will you do :
This role is a IC role with the promising opportunities of quick growth
- Managing all training delivery through digital platforms for new hires and existing staff
- Handle multiple territories for sales training
- Handle training interventions for support functions e.g. operations
- Driving the e-learning effectiveness and coverage
- Excellent training delivery for huge range of audience starting from front line to vertical heads
- Coordinate and manage multiple stakeholders for training initiatives
- Excellent knowledge of TNA and output driven training planning
- Driving innovative and digital interventions to partner with business objectives
- Building a positive and conversation oriented working environment with training team and business teams
What do you need :
- Excellent digital presence and high on ownership
- In case of experienced min. 3 years of experience with min. 2 years of experience in sales training (preferably in BANKING/FINANCING)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent crowd management skills
- Confident in running digital training culture
- High business acumen to understand and analyze the business objectives
- Problem solving supported by data analysis
- Basic knowledge of MS office- word, excel, and power-point
- Should be comfortable with Google suite - doc, sheet, form, and slide
