Objective: To help build a strong top of funnel for the regions by identifying and developing different sources of lead generation thereby resulting in inspections and procurement growth.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identify, prioritize, and advance opportunities that drive growth of lead acquisition and retention.
- Assist to develop strategic and business plans and road maps for growth
- Mapping competitive landscape.
- Maintain current knowledge of developments, trends, competitive environment.
- Identify, recommend, negotiate, structure and manage strategic projects of potential for achieving business targets.
- Research and strategic insights
- Work with business regional teams, evaluate and conduct complex financial and risk analyses of business opportunities.
- Own, develop, and deploy an innovation and communications roadmap that will drive consumer acquisition, engagement, and equity.
- Deliver on revenue targets (co-owned with the head of growth)
- Identify new acquisition channels by conducting in-depth primary and secondary research and assist sales for the deal closure.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (product, finance & delivery) to pilot, build & scale lending programs in a sustainable manner. Own, set up, and track output metrics for each program (Disbursals, Adoption, ROI).
- Identifying the target segments, getting the messaging and design templates/assets prepared for all relevant touch points, setting up the campaigns and conducting the post-campaign analysis.
Preferred Experience/ skill set:
- Demonstrable track record of growth initiatives / market development / customer acquisition.
- Proven project management expertise .
- Effective and efficient problem solving and analytical skills
- Commercial and financial acumen and attention to detail.
- Effective presentation skills.
- Ability to conduct market, industry, and company research.
- Must be able to work in a dynamic, fast changing environment.
- Must demonstrate maturity, high integrity, energy and team spirit.
- Proactive and no hesitation in trying new pilots with an eye for detail

- DSAs - Call Centres, Insurance Agencies
- GS Yards
- Garages, Service centres, Tyre Shops etc.
- Partnerships with different aggregators
- Malls , Societies , mela activities.
