Responsibilities:
- Define & own key metrics for maximizing growth, ROI & operational excellence.
- Create & deliver monthly and quarterly growth targets and plans
- Managing strategy, planning & fast execution of cross- functional growth projects at both macro and micro levels, working closely with product, business, marketing amongst other teams, to run experiments, A/B tests & roll out new features & processes on an ongoing basis
- Find innovative hacks and collaborate with teams to drive better funnel conversion App/website, CRM & other channels (eg: App/ browser notifications, Whatsapp, SMS, Calls etc)
- Analyze data, business & market trends ,opportunity areas for growth or attaining efficiencies with overlapping business processes, to develop data backed insights & recommend new strategies.
- Managing a team of 8-10 members & continuously guide them to achieve their maximum potential & best results for the business
Requirements :
- Overall work-experience of 5+ years with 2+ years of experience in Project Management/ Business Analytics/ Consulting
- Knowledge & experience of digital marketing (Search, Display, CRM) is a plus
Educational qualifications: MBA (preferably from a tier 1 or tier 2 MBA college)
- Strong analytical ability to turn complex data & insights into easily understood data stories & a data driven approach to decision making
- Detail oriented, good at problem solving
- Ability to lead with influence & work collaboratively with multiple cross-functional teams
- Excellent organizational & communication skills
- Strong in excel
