About the role :
We at Cars24 are scaling our consumer lending business and are looking to hire for SGM - Growth and Strategy. Key responsibilities would include setting up the vertical from scratch and driving growth in Sales/P&L with a focus on building a complete digital journey. The role provides opportunities for great problem-solving and management of stakeholders across the business, product, ops, and analytics. The location will be based out of Delhi NCR. A suitable candidate would have 2-4 years of relevant experience in the consulting domain or experience in building a business from scratch in a startup environment.
Responsibilities:- Establish user acquisition channels for the auto loans business. Lead the GTM and Channel strategy for individual acquisition channels.
- Own the end-to-end user funnel (acquisition and conversion) for Consumer loans and identify initiatives/levers to grow the funnel.
- Develop monthly and quarterly plans in collaboration with the sales team. Implement (and course correct wherever required) the plan to achieve users and revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the product team to drive user growth and engagement.
- Suggest new product innovations whenever necessary basis an understanding of consumer behaviour.
- Define key input and output KPIs to measure business performance. Collaborate with BI and analytics team to create relevant dashboards.
- Engage with the top management to define annual and long-term strategic plans and review business performance.
Qualifications:- MBA/Bachelor's degree preferably from Tier-1 colleges
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in the consulting domain or experience in building a business from scratch in a startup environment.
- Self-starter and should have a high degree of ownership. Should be able to work with minimal supervision
- Analytical and methodical problem solver
- Should be able to analyze and generate insights from complex, multi-dimensional data sets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
