Ideal Candidate profile:

- MBA/M.com/CA/CFA/CPA with 10+ years' experience

- Strong PTP Tower process knowledge

- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt

- Experience RPA, AI, ML required

- Major and recent experience in PTP, RTR, OTC Finance Towers

- Worked on process improvements, automation and month end close (MEC)

- Handled a team of 20+ members (direct -indirect)

- Experience in ITGC / SOX implementation will be an added advantage

- Experienced in developing the long-term tech strategy for analytics

- Ability to drive multiple projects and deliver them on time with high quality

Roles & Responsibilities:

A role in Finance Systems Innovation & Process Excellence means partnering with Finance, Information Technology, and other functional leaders to co-create solutions that maximize business value and enable key strategies that are critical to the company and for the experiences we create for our accounting teams.

As General Manager / Sr. Manager of Finance Transformation Team, you will lead the program / project management and governance of process improvement opportunities across Finance. We're looking for someone who is passionate about process excellence and emerging technologies in the finance field, who is comfortable working with a dynamic team environment, and who will embrace the opportunity to connect cross functionally with other teams.

This position is responsible for:

- Drives process, performance and technology improvements in support of continuous improvement goals within the Accounting organization

- Define and implement Accounting project framework and governance

- Facilitates process reviews to identify opportunities for improvement

- Engage with customers, vendors and other functional internal teams to identify critical areas where there is a need to execute improvement projects

- Lead change management including communication, documentation, and training necessary to execute improvement projects

- Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to stay abreast of emerging technologies and socializes with customers to identify areas of use

- Manages Accounting communications and portal administration

- Create strong process documentation, BRDs (Business Requirement Documents), manage documentation related to process and projects on portal with weekly governance.
