Data Scientist - Collection

Key Responsibilities:

- The objective of this role is to provide data driven solutions to improve collections strategy

- Development of DS models to improve various sub steps of collections like pre emi and post emi calling/FR strategy/repo strategy/liquidation strategy

- Defining end to end experimentation framework to test out above models and understand its impact on key collection and risk KPIs

- Giving feedback to risk/collections/credit/business for pre disbursal underwriting strategy as well basis insights from Collection DS

- Innovation and utilization of new and conventional data sources for collections efficiency improvement like phone data/app data/sms data/telecom data/banking data/demog data/bureau data/payment history/lat lon data through GPS etc.

- Innovative usage of data to improve traceability of the customer to bring down skip cases and hence reduce risk.

- Collaborate with the data engg team for development and deployment of models into production through Flask APIs. Efficient coding skills to build optimized APIs

- Ataleadand managerial level, the candidate should have leadership skill where the person can solve problems end to end/understand the big picture/define long terms strategies/create and manage a team.

Key Skills:

- Hands on of Modeling techniques like Linear/Logistic Regression/Decision Tree/Random

- Forest/XGBoost Models/Clustering techniques

- Image Processing is a add on-
