Associate Director (Consumer financing):

- Role involves E2E ownership and scale-up of the new non-captive VAS vertical in the Consumer Financing division of the company.

- Key responsibilities would include setting up the vertical from scratch.

- Driving growth in sales, P&L with focus on designing optimum Product Market Fit and building a complete digital journey.

- Role provides opportunity for great problem solving and management of stakeholders across transaction business and product development.

Requirements:

- A suitable candidate would have strong 3-4 years of experience in consulting domain or experience of scaling 0-1 journey in a startup environment.

- Logical and strategic thinker, great communication skills, ready to work in fast growth and exciting business work environment.

- Attention to detail, comfortable with numbers and datasets.

- Trent analysis, focus on insights and problem solving

- Location will be based out of Delhi NCR.
