The role involves overall planning, developing and executing marketing activities to increase the value and performance of a brand.   Roles & Responsibilities:  - Develop brand identity, create marketing strategies and finally bring the strategy to life in market  - Drive brand strategy and differentiation, creating a unique and compelling customer experience  - Create a brand focus within the companies we work with, facilitate organisational changes that deliver on the brand promise, and support market activation.   - Provide insight and support to the clients to better understand market trends and dynamics.   - Build collaborative relationships with internal cross functional teams to ensure their company brand values and image are followed.   Desired Profile :  - Understanding of branding and marketing in a B2B or B2C environment  - An MBA with 4-6 years of experience with at least 2 years of experience in branding & marketing  - Has worked across the spectrum of strategy and activation  Strong personal attributes in a candidate as listed below would be deemed necessary :  - Ability to think creatively and innovatively  - Is self-driven, willing to roll up their sleeves and get things done   - Has maturity to work with people across levels  - Ability to influence without having direct authority  - Strong Execution skills
