Consumer Marketing Specialist
Geographical Scope : India and other South Asian countries-Bangladesh, Nepal, Bhutan, Sri Lanka and Maldives
Job purpose :- The Consumer Marketing Strategist will be responsible for development and execution of the consumer facing marketing strategies for Carl Zeiss India, Vision Care.
- The marketing strategies should support the business segment's aggressive and transformative growth phase.
Main Accountabilities :- Be the brand's storyteller through all mediums, integrating the brand positioning and communications strategy to drive development and execution of brand campaigns.
- Design and Execute integrated 360 Degree high ROI Marketing campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness across TG consumers.
- Increase brand/category awareness: Introduce the right metrics/framework for measurement and drive the business segment's ambition to significantly improve the brand and product awareness.
- Conduct benchmarking & research in order to develop a deep understanding of the TG across segments to identify core USPs in experience and drive excellence in experience
- Establish Consumer Journey map and build / innovate user touchpoints in a Offline to Online scenario
- Refine messaging and communication for consumer by deep diving into "trial drivers" from the analysis of repeat users and their behavior
- Manage Commercial Agencies to develop and execute all Integrated Campaigns, Branded, Content Plan & Connection Plans
- Own the marketing calendar & budgets for India and SAARC collaborating with Product, Trade and Digital teams
- Brand Custodian, ensure adherence to brand guidelines, and maintain consistency across all consumer touchpoints

- MBA from reputed B School
- Experience
- Overall experience of 5+ years
- 3+ years of marketing experience in consumer facing setup
- Strong ability to strategize and drive to execution at scale
- Structural problem-solving abilities while dealing with uncertainty in the current world environment
