Job Responsibilities :

As part of the Revenue Management Product Vertical, the candidate will be primarily responsible for :

- Ensuring smooth running of the existing Revenue Management and Optimization system

- Work on algorithms and various ML techniques to ensure better output results from the system

- Ensure smooth implementation of the system to various airline clients

- Work towards constant enhancement of RMS product in line with the industry and client expectations

- Lead the definition of new products complimenting the existing RMS system, like Pricing Management and Loading Optimizer and create appropriate process and screen documents

Technology Awareness :

- Should be skilled in Analytical Skills, Statistical Modeling, Predictive Analytics and optimization techniques of OR

- Should be well versed with Technology like Database, python, R &CPLEX

Team Management:

- Guide team development efforts towards successful project delivery

- Provide leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship

- Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good business practices.

- Collaborate with Software Development, Testing & Cargo Operations team to plan, design, develop, test and maintain the system

- Participate in peer-reviews of solution, design and related sessions

- Identify and encourage the areas of growth within the team

- Provide business guidance to other teams.

Project Execution :

- Responsible for project execution as per the timelines.

- Responsible for meeting the internal/external deadlines of the project

- Responsible for reviewing all the business documents (BRD/SRS/Manuls/UAT Script)

- Responsible for Product implementation as well as integration

- To gather client' requirement and verify the impact on the processes

- To find alternative solution to the business functionalities

Project Implementation :

1. Responsible for on-site product implementation in Testing & Production environment

2. Responsible for streamlining and/or stablizing the system for the client

Trainings :

- Plan, Prepare and Conduct Training on the Training Subjects submitted to Training Department

- Responsible for attending training as per the job requirements

- Responsible for providing internal/external trainings related to business processes.

- Management & Project Status Update Reporting

- Create, maintain and present project status update reports in prescribed format/s:

- Regular status update of system development to management

- Create and maintain project status update for each client/project in prescribed format/s

- Schedule and conduct meetings with respective clients to share status update of their project development and record feedback with with documented minutes of the meeting. Cascade minutes of the meeting to respective clients and internal management team as appropriate.
