Technology Awareness :

1. Should be well versed with Technology like Database, python, R &CPLEX

2. Should be involved in designing Screen prototypes in excel

Team Management :

1. Guide team development efforts towards successful project delivery

2. Provide leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship

3. Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good business practices.

4. Collaborate with Software Development, Testing & Cargo Operations team to plan, design, develop, test and maintain the system

5. Participate in peer-reviews of solution, design and related sessions

6. Identify and encourage the areas of growth within the team

7. Provide business guidance to other teams.

Project Execution :

1. Responsible for project execution as per the timelines.

2. Responsible for meeting the internal/external deadlines of the project

3. Responsible for reviewing all the business documents (BRD/SRS/Manuls/UAT Script)

4. Responsible for Product implementation as well as integration

5. To gather client' requirement and verify the impact on the processes

6. To find alternative solution to the business functionalities

Resource Management :

1. Responsible for managing the resources/team available.

2. To ensure that their direct reportees not only understand their jobs, but also understand how they will be measured against performing their jobs satisfactorily.

3. To ensure that all problems within their domain are being addressed with the appropriate sense of urgency.

4. Work with direct reportees to help them be successful, including reviewing their plans and tracking their progress.

5. Project Leads are fully accountable to work closely with their direct reports to evaluate their performance whilst taking inputs/feedback from internal and external stake holders, as required and accordingly show them the path to success.

Project Implementation :

1. Responsible for on site product implementation in Testing & Production environment

2. Responsible for streamlining and/or stablizing the system for the client

Appreciation, Training & Development for reportees :

1. Project Leads have the duty to appreciate reportees and get them rewarded according to the performance.

2. They must be available and accessible to work with and help develop their direct reports, including in areas of training and job opportunities.

Trainings "Plan, Prepare and Conduct Training on the Training Subjects submitted to Training Department

1. Responsible for attending training as per the job requirements

2. Responsible for providing internal/external trainings related to business processes."

Management & Project Status Update Reporting :

1. Create, maintain and present project status update reports in prescribed format/s:

- Weekly status update of system development to Head of RMSS

- Fortnightly status update of system development to CF Management

2. Create and maintain project status update for each client/project in prescribed format/s

3. Schedule and conduct meetings with respective clients to share status update of their project development and record feedback with with documented minutes of the meeting. Cascade minutes of the meeting to respective clients and internal management team as appropriate."

Other Responsbilities :

1. To prepare BRD & SRS for the internal/external deliveries

2. To prepare training presentation & documents

3. To define forecasting & Optimization processes for the product implementation

4. To define step-wise process flow charts for Data analysis processes
