Cargill Business Services is a multi-function, business services center of Cargill Inc, one of the world's biggest privately held organizations that clocked revenues of $150 billion.  Five functions are in scope HR,IT, Finance, Transport & Logistics and Strategic Sourcing & Procurement. These services will be delivered in Six Centers based in Bangalore (India), Sofia (Bulgaria), Nanjing (China), San Jose (Costa Rica), Uberlandia (Brazil) and Rosario (Argentina).  Position Purpose :  The Cargill Business Services (CBS) Service Management Process Lead is responsible for designing, deploying and sustaining core operational CBS processes related to Service Management such as issue, request and knowledge management. The role will ensure the processes support overall end-to-end delivery of services. The CBS Service Management Process Lead will also ensure the deployment and effective use of processes across all CBS centers and functions, collaborating with the Center Delivery Team Leads and Continuous Improvement Leads. Finally, the CBS Service Management Process Lead will be a subject matter expert on specific processes and act as the product owner for the IT systems that enable the processes.  Principal Accountabilities:  20% PROCESS AND SOLUTION LEADERSHIP AND GOVERNANCE :   - Provides thought leadership and subject matter expertise for specific Service Management processes within CBS, including understanding and driving their purpose, alignment with Industry standards, best practices and benchmarking to improve CBS  - Provides ownership and ongoing management of the Service Management process roadmap. Connect process maturity and roadmap to end to end business processes for alignment and integration.  - Establishes and implements standards by determining requirements (e.g., client, regulatory, security, audit, contractual) on which the standards will be based and executed.  - Effectively communicates the vision and purpose of specific Service Management processes to various levels in the organization.  40% BUSINESS PARTNERING, AND RELATIONSHIP AND SERVICE MANAGEMENT :   - Applies a deep understanding of specific Service Management processes to determine best practices, and recommends how to improve current practices across a moderate subset of the organization.  - Collaborates with strategic stakeholders, peers and leadership to ensure solutions are implemented successfully.  - Partners with organization to understand process needs, best practices and process gaps. Coaches organization as appropriate and uses feedback as input to future process design changes, including prioritization of process deployment. Makes decision on if/when process localization is needed based on organization feedback.  - Consolidates overall process performance and reports it to the organization leaders- metrics, missed targets and recommendations for teams to improve performance.  30% PROCESS AND SOLUTION MANAGEMENT, ANALYSIS, AND DESIGN :   - Works with CBS and Global IT on the implementation and training of the specific processes in the design and implementation so that multiple centers are ready for go-live.  - Works with Global IT as a product owner for the technology solutions that enable the Service Management processes to ensure Global IT solutions are implemented successfully.  - Collaborates with the Delivery Leads, CI Leads, and Service Management Lead to define the future vision of the specific Service Management processes.  - Independently manages deployment issues for complex solutions and applications.  - Work with the Delivery and Continuous Improvement organizations to deliver quality control standards, policies and procedures.  - Monitor and report on assigned process performance in appropriate scorecards.  10% PROCESS AND PROJECT EXECUTION, AND VALUE REALIZATION :   - Acts as a champion for the development, adherence, promotion, training, communication, and implementation for process designs within specific processes.  - Leads deployment of new processes within Service Management and leads deployment of process changes to the CBS organization  - Ensure understanding of and alignment to process and operational expectations, performance, and changes with Operational leaders and the Super User Network.  - Leads the Super User Network for the Service Management processes.  - Oversee communication of processes and standards to the project teams for implementation.  - Monitor, evaluate, manage and execute audit processes to ensure compliance.  - Lead and implement process metrics to drive continuous improvements.  - Analyzes performance of the organization at a high-level against the process metrics and recommends action plans for the organization to improve performance  Required Skills:  - Bachelor's Degree in Business Related field or equivalent work experience.  - 12+ years of business/industry work experience with atleast 4+ years in a Shared Services Industry.  - 5+ years of process or project management experience  - Proven experience in process engineering and deployment methodologies  - Proven experience in operating an industry standard process framework such as ITIL, APQC, etc..  - Proven experience starting up new services and processes.  - Proven ability to analyze information systems and related technology processes; infrastructure, operations, applications and service management.  - Knowledge of shared service center process and applications  - Ability to accomplish results through others (lower level managers, professional employees, matrixed organization, managed service provider).  Experience in development and management of process strategy and roadmaps.  - Effective conflict resolution skills.  - Business fluency in English.  Preferred Qualifications  - Masters Degree (MBA).  - Any process experience, six sigma certification will be an advantage  - Experience in operating within a large, global managed services framework.  - Strong understanding of financials will be an advantage  - Ability to analyze complex situations and implement solutions.  - Work experience in multiple countries.  - Contributor to a process industry body or industry related major corporation advisory group.  - Non-English language skills.  Career Development :   - Effectively manage/lead significant organizational change and achieve desired results.  - Acquire project experience which align common processes, consolidate software portfolio and upgrade technology infrastructure.  - Demonstrate broad perspective of business environment  - Apply knowledge to new and more complex situations  - Leverage knowledge, perspectives and experience from working with globally diverse team  - Be part of new or unfamiliar role, building / being part of a new global team, dealing with ambiguity  - Influence people without direct authority  - Collaborate across Functions and regions  - Increase business partnering skills
