Cargill - Senior Specialist - Operational Excellence - Credit To Cash

The Senior Specialist Operational Excellence will deliver financial analysis input into business cases, costs and schedules to support growth in the business. In this role, you will contribute to the continuous process improvement on management reporting, report standardization and rationalization and you will develop and implement action plans on business performance optimization in the Credit to Cash (CTC) process.

Key Accountabilities:

1) Design and deliver effective financial and management reporting, including defining relevant business performance indicator and frequency, as well as standardizing and optimizing management reporting across the country.

2) Contribute and implement continuous process improvement, including simplifying and optimizing process, improving data integrity, and leveraging current technology.

3) Conduct initial analysis and interpret the results to the business.

4) Collaborate on corporate budgeting process, including expenses controlling, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting.

5) Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.

6) Other duties as assigned

Qualifications;

Minimum Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

- Advanced data analytical skills for using spreadsheets or business intelligence tools.

- Experienced leveraging financial and business systems to monitor business activities and aid in decision making.

- Experienced working with multiple businesses or international business experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Finance / Commerce/ Management

- 12-15 Year of experience, 5 Years specifically into operational experience

- Strong working knowledge of Credit to Cash process and proven expertise in the CI in this domain

- Experience in Lean Six Sigma - Black Belt Certified , Change management ,Agile methodologies.

- Experienced in working and collaborating in a multinational , Multi Business and -International business scenario.

- Excellent Data Analysis Skills and reporting.

- Experience using accounting/ Finance technology applications.
