You will have the chance to lead and support global and regional strategic initiatives in collaboration with global and regional HR delivery teams. You will also partner with APAC and EMEA representing the HR Service Delivery Model Enablement team in redesigning solutions during significant business changes. - In this position you will utilize your expert knowledge of direct access consumer needs and trends, process design thinking and influencing skills, to provide guidance and oversight on related practices and solutions. You will facilitate virtual working sessions and cross team discussions to embed content management and ownership to HR delivery DNA. - Your key partner on this journey will be your HR SDM Enablement team, 3rd party outsourced team supporting content administration, and Global IT who oversees configuration and technical support for the application. - You will get the chance to independently solve complex problems. Principal Accountabilities : 70% HR Service Delivery Model Enablement Specialist - KCM &amp; HR Portal : - Design, implement and execute KCM processes, guidelines and metrics to increase content ownership adoption and enable modernized, consistent and positive experience while consuming 1st line HR services as well as HR direct access tools (portal, chatbot, etc.) - Plan, coordinate, own and lead cross-team initiatives in line with your Portal and KCM roadmap - Design, implement and craft guidelines and roles &amp; responsibilities for content owners - work with delivery team leaders to ensure roles and needs are understood and embedded in the HR organization - Partner with key internal and external partners (including Information Technology, 3rd party delivery providers) to inform evolution of processes, consider and integrate feedback, and manage prioritization of enhancements - Responsible for requirements gathering, consultation, support and guidance across HR Portal solutions - Support teams (primarily IT, 3rd delivery teams, reporting or HR content owners) to troubleshoot service issues - this could include user access, interfaces, taxonomy, any loss of functionality - Examples of responsibilities included in the above outlined - HR Portal reporting responsibilities and KCM audit process - Responsible for design and continuous improvements of the portal solution - Maintain enhancement request log and own roadmap of improvements - Log to include requests, feedback, portal redesign, custom reports/dashboards, other new functionality - Review and consult on all requests (in line with global governance), prioritize for deployment based on defined set of criteria - Obtain required approvals for enhancements - Drive implementation of enhancements following agile project methodology - Schedule enhancements for release on 2-week - Sprint- cycle 15% Value Leader : - Demonstrate conceptual strength, passion for process and continuous improvement, use data to make fact - based decisions, use relevant metric and ensure compliance - End-to-End process improvement - Design approach and support testing of all enhancements and large content updates with the IT Dev team &amp; respective 3rd party teams- prior deployment - Periodic audit of application usage to ensure consistency across regions, teams: taxonomy, page views, content updates, etc. - executed based on designed set of controls. - Meet regularly with content owners (structure to be set up) to ensure consistent use of the applications, answer owners- questions, build SME capability within the group, and gather feedback on user experience and possible enhancements. 10% Change Leader : - Embrace and champion change, lead with courage and conviction and build change capability - Stay up to date with external best practices and bring ideas to address internal challenges as well as modernize and automate KCM process and HR portal solution - Create practices to drive alignment and ensure change awareness across HR portal and KCM processes; utilize network of content owners and proactively communicate about process, changes, asks - this could include delivering training sessions and/or developing training materials to be delivered by others - Act as project liaison on HR Service Delivery Model and Enabling technologies for any technology or significant business changes in EMEA and APAC 5% Culture Steward : - Build trust and act with integrity, engaging with and inspiring others, and building and sustaining a culture that creates competitive advantage for the business and brings to life HR strategy - Manage relationships between service delivery providers (internal and external) required to support efficient delivery of Knowledge Content Management services - Build relationships with Global IT to influence and inform functionality and technology enhancements - Build strong relationships with HR solutions teams to understand key concerns and apply learnings to improve delivery Essential Position Requirements : - Demonstrated application of direct access management principles and practices - Demonstrated high intellectual curiosity, combined with drive to solve problems, and navigate in complex and ambiguous set up. Resilient and determined with influencing abilities across the organization and passion for client experience. - Up to 5% international travel Education, Experience, Skills : - Bachelor's Degree in related field with atleast 8 years of work experience - Master's Degree in related field (preferred) - 5+ years of consulting experience in the Knowledge content management, portal solutions or CRM space - Experience answering product features and functionality questions from clients and designing and managing global processes Experience and understanding of core business processes and transactions including functional knowledge of HR end-to-end process - Demonstrated track record in taking initiative, proposing solutions, working independently and handling multiple priorities simultaneously - Demonstrated experience learning, designing and/or implementing enhancements to ways of working - Demonstrated willingness and ability to partner, build, and sustain positive working relationships with critical stakeholders (internally and 3rd party partners) - Demonstrated success in managing projects and preferred experience in building and overseeing a portfolio of concurrent initiatives - Demonstrated track record in taking initiative, working independently and handling multiple priorities simultaneously - A broad understanding of how Process, Data and Technology interact across the HR Service Catalog - Change Management and Communication Experience - Proven track record of translating business stakeholder needs and corporate requirements into effective products services or solutions - Strong technical, HR, and consulting skills as well as ability to translate HR needs to technical capabilities are crucial for this role - Independent critical thinker with strong drive for results - Knowledge of the current and evolving trends across direct access tools and related processes - Ability to articulate and logically communicate concepts with both technical and non-technical audiences - Understanding of shared service centre support environment - Ability to coach up and encourage changes in behaviours - Willingness to challenge the status quo and be tenacious in the pursuit of meaningful change - Written and verbal fluency in English - Able to effectively operate across different cultures - Demonstrated being proactive, prioritize tasks and being efficient minimizing wasted effort - Strong business acumen - Continuous improvement Lean methodologies
