Senior HR Business Partner, Cargill Business Services

Job Purpose and Impact:

The Human Resources Business Partner Specialist will execute and deliver complex people processes focused on people and culture strategy, implementation of complex solutions to improve performance and engagement, workforce plans, learning programs and talent activities. In this role, you will partner with key stakeholders, analyze metrics at office locations and identify sensitive matters.

This position will partner with one particular vertical.

Key Accountabilities:

1. Partner with key leaders on the execution of complex local people and culture plans.

2. Provide partnership and solutions to improve performance, engagement, recruiting and retention to increase productivity and mitigate people risks while also building an inclusive culture.

3. Deploy workforce plans, learning programs, talent acquisition activities and other talent programs and projects at the location.

4. Communicate and adopt complex diversity, equity and inclusion policies and practices in office locations.

5. Leverage complex reports and dashboards to measure and analyze human resources and business performance metrics at office locations.

6. Respond to employee and manager inquiries received on site and identify themes, triage every day grievance matters, partner with essential teams to investigate serious and sensitive matters and manage on site audits.

7. Serve as location lead to drive local deployment of related activities and partner across the teams to best serve the client.

8. Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.

9. Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Bachelor's/PG degree in a related field or equivalent experience

2. Minimum of four years of related work experience

3. Other minimum qualifications may apply

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Strong HR Business Partnering experience wherein you have worked on strategic projects and not in an operational role

2. Open to handling an individual contributor role

3. Good experience in handling multiple roles within the HR domain
