Compensation - Lead
Job Purpose & Impact : The Human Resources Operations Senior Supervisor will deliver and execute core operational human resources services such as benefits, payroll, human resources compliances, data analysis, time and attendance, leave management, audits, worker's compensation and employee health and safety.
Key Accountabilities :- Manage payroll and human resource compliance.
- Design and deliver training and education sessions for employees, human resources professionals, supervisors and managers.
- Represent human resources in change management.
- Champion a strong continuous improvement culture to ensure deployment of scalable, simplified and standardized processes.
- Align service delivery with laws, regulations, and corporate policies.
- Take ownership of high priority escalations ensuring the correct priorities and resources are assigned and coordinate with internal stakeholders and external business partners as necessary.
- Build partnerships with Total Rewards, Regional Compensation Team, human resources business partners, to create forward looking solutions that are globally consistent and regionally tailored, where appropriate.
- Utilize the related technology systems and process enhancements to achieve efficiencies in the activities.
- Champion a strong continuous improvement culture to ensure deployment of scalable, simplified and standardized processes.
- Ensure accurate use of vendor management of human resource services providers within country.
- Find opportunities for continuous improvement and standardization on processes currently led by country or region.
- Lead and develop a team, coach and make decisions related to talent management, hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions.

Minimum Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Demonstrable experience positively influencing and collaborating with business and human resource leaders
- Confirmed understanding of evolving human resource service and demonstrated capability of leading organizational change efforts
- Previous experience in service areas such as benefits, payroll, time and attendance, leave management, worker's compensation and employee health and safety
- Experience in human resource compliances
- Previous experience leading teams
- Minimum of four years of related work experience
- Other minimum qualifications may apply
Preferred Qualifications :- Master's degree or other post-secondary degree
- Demonstrated ability to manage and implement human resources processes and client focused solutions
- Consultative skills
- Proven record of implementation and optimization of processes and metrics
- Two years of supervisory experience
- Experience in a shared services organization or working in multi-diverse environment
- Project management experience
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in operations or any core human resources
