The center provides high-quality, efficient back-end services across 5 functions including IT, HR, Finance, Cargill Transportation & Logistics and Cargill Strategic Sourcing & Procurement with over 1500+ employees.   Please visit www.cargill.com for more details  Position is responsible for providing solutioning and domain expertise for end to end Invoice to Pay Function across North America region.  Broadly the role would be responsible for :  - Managing the end to end I2P process, with focus on North America region.   - Leads and coordinates activities of team members engaged in I2P processes and subprocesses.The responsibilities include efficiently and effectively lead delivery of the I2P function for NA / and for all the BUs with the region.   - Focus on 3 key aspects - Operations management, Stakeholder connect, Talent management.   - Strive to reach benchmarks/ targets aligned to KPIs across I2P and partner with businesses to improve them regularly.   - Identify potential process risks, establish control plans, monitor the impact and ensure smooth migrations  - Responsible for providing solutioning expertise for new process transition within the tower.  - Ensure has a clear understanding of potential transformations - process/ technology and help in implementation  - Managing stakeholders through a robust engagement framework and ensure process maturity is improved jointly.   - Responsiveness and clarity of articulation of issues/ requirements/ challenges etc.   - Talent development and upskilling team to handle other roles in the process.   - Ensuring effective management of the team through timely performance appraisals and connect sessions  Key Responsibilities :  - 10% Responsible for providing solutioning expertise for new process transition within the tower.  - 20 % Identify potential process risks, establish control plans and monitor the impact  - 20% Responsible for driving continuous improvement via, Bright Ideas,Lean Projects, Green belt & Black Belt Projects  - 30% Building robust business relationships with key partners and stakeholders  - 20% Strong team management and ability to influence and upskill team members  - Other areas of responsibility include: Providing strategic planning and direction, onboarding new services as part of the CBS Finance strategy work intake process, oversee decision-making, problem solving.  This role will report to the CBS P2P Lead in Bangalore, India  Requirements :  - Knowledge and familiarity with work performed in shared services as defined by the service catalog.  - Critical ability to deal with large level of ambiguity and large scale change.   - Ability to travel 10-30%  - Experience in managing team sizes in excess of 400 FTEs  - Deep understanding of Scanning, Invoice processing, Payment, Exception management, reporting, Analytics, etc  - Awareness of JDE and SAP Finance   Required Qualifications :  - Bachelor degree in Accounting or Commerce or Masters in Commerce with MBA preferred  - Minimum of 15+ years of Finance operation work with deep expertise in I2P and related Finance processes  - Solutioning and Continous Improvement expertise  - Self-starter with strong analytical, problem solving skills and initiative to achieve desired outcomes -   An Environment to Thrive :  - Business insights from a planning of Expenses/ revenue and hence the payments that would be disbursed  - Interactions between multiple stakeholders in business - Commercial/ Procurement/ Treasury/ Finance teams  - Exposure to technology deployment across Enterprises/ businesses - eg: ARIBA/ OpenText/ JDE upgrades/ RPAs etc  - Opportunity to work in the business / plant
