- Route incentive plan details to HR Solutions Domain
- Communicate results of modeling
- Model plan
- Create and post final plan summary to Knowledge Base
- Create incentive plan pay-out calendar and add pay-out dates and reminder to launch administration
- Create and send communication and timeline per plan
- Deliver communication per plan
- Send incentive plan details to Finance (including calculation) to accrue funds
- Close RemedyForce ticket

- Create RemedyForce case based on upcoming calendar pay-out for incentive plan
- Collect participant data
- Load participant data in technology within time frame of payout
- Route participant data for validation
- Update participant data, if needed
- Enter results in technology or tracking document to determine funding
- Review by another CBS team member / supervisor
- Forward to Manager / Business for allocation with instructions
- Track approvals and update allocations
- Create and send communication and timeline per plan

- Administer local pay changes
- Receive request and verify if communication is needed and get those details

Scope of Activities
- Design/Revise local incentive plans
- Collecting incentive plan details from business (using RemedyForce)
- Model new incentive plans for plan owner/business to review
- Create payout calendar and communication drafts
- Administer incentive plans
- Collecting and loading incentive plan participant information
- Apply updates to participant data per business request
- Track manager discretion approvals
- Draft and deliver incentive plan mass communication messages
- Administer local pay changes
- Apply pay structure changes to production of blue collar activities
- Additional compensation work activities identified to migrate to CBS
- Analytic support of Market data including analysis of changes
- Managing compensation inquires, currently managed through the global compensation mailbox
- Eligibility data cleanup and augmentation (i.e. - LTI eligibility)
- Late change tracking and execution
- Payroll reconciliation
- Adhoc basic analytics and reporting from compensation module in SuccessFactors
Competencies and Skill Requirement
- 4+ years of relevant experince
- Professional language proficiency in English, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
- Solid organizational and prioritization skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Strong team player focus on assisting others as needed
- Demonstrated ability to consistently follow a process and pay attention to details; comfortable working in a system all day
- Flexibility/adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment, where priorities and timelines often shift
