Job Purpose and Impact:

The Brand Manager will deliver effective marketing strategies and activation campaigns to grow market share and brand reputation across all brands. In this role, you will help coordinate market plan and launch programs to create demand and maximize sales of a specific product, product line or product area.

Key Accountabilities:

- In collaboration with our account managers, execute customer analysis for individual or groups of customers using marketing tools.

- Participate in evaluating and modifying promotion or advertising programs.

- Participate in producing informational material for the sales force and communications media to reach maximum number of customers and prospects.

- Help plan, create and produce marketing, advertising and sales promotion materials for small to medium projects to implement marketing strategies and sales objectives.

- Lead creative development and create motivating stimulus to get targeted segment to "take action". Coordinate the development of communication materials such as catalogues, websites, brochures, packaging and in-store displays with external stakeholders like creative agency, printers, activation agency etc.

- Prepare customer activation briefs (objective, route, target, cost etc.) and share with activation partners, monitor the execution and evaluate the outcomes vs objective of activation initiatives

Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

Qualifications :

Minimum Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

- Minimum of two years of related work experience

- Other minimum qualifications may apply.

Preferred Qualifications:

- MBA /PGDBM, Marketing in related field

- 4-5 years in food & beverages organization in handling brand management/activation for B2B/B2C brands

- Strong execution skills

- Interact with Head of Brand and Marketing Head to understand requirements from the brand and accordingly build brand strategy

- Good interpersonal/people skills

- Food service/bakery/FMCG experience preferred

- 2-3 years of Sales/Trade Marketing experience + 2 years of brand activation role

- Open to Travel
