Position Purpose and Summary: This position will be part of Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis collaborative team, this analyst will be focused on enabling planning & forecasting through creating, enhancing and sustaining Anaplan models and functionality. These responsibilities will enhance financial and problem-solving skills. Principal Accountabilities: Anaplan system maintenance and administration - 20% - User provisioning - Maintain organizational and account structures in Anaplan - Prepare Anaplan models for each forecast cycle - Archive planning models Creating, enhancing & sustaining Anaplan models and functionality - 60% - Coordinate with Corporate FP&A team to identify & fix bugs and prioritize & deliver enhancements - Enable greater transparency into function plans and cost allocations - Increase efficiency and effectiveness in planning process through deployment of more driver-based planning. - Team with BG/Function Finance members in build of models Quarterly financial analysis and other special projects unrelated to Anaplan - Corporate-level financial analysis, build working knowledge of Cargill's financial and management reporting processes - Leverage experience in continued evolution of Anaplan models Required Qualifications - CA/CA (Inter)/ MBA from an institution of repute. - 5+ years- experience relevant professional finance experience - High business acumen with extensive financial knowledge - Experience in planning and forecasting processes with strong supporting financial theory - Demonstrated proficiency in modeling with Anaplan - Ability to analyze and solve complex problems, presenting conclusions in insightful ways. - Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint and visualization tools (PowerBi or Tableau) - Proven experience in identifying key metrics, developing reports and analytical views in business intelligence tools - Outstanding analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail - Collaborative team player with good interpersonal skills Preferred Qualifications - Certified Anaplanner - Experience with Zero Based Budgeting programs and analysis - Extensive experience conducting quantitative and qualitative financial analysis - Excellent communication skills, ensuring complex ideas are communicated clearly and concisely. Effective across and up the organization.
