CareOnGO - Operations Manager

The role of Operations Manager is to ensure that the strategic and business objectives are put into practice. In conjunction with other members he/she will ensure business growth through directing and managing business operations.

The responsibilities will be:

- Directing Operations including maximizing profits and minimizing expense, improving operations by implementing improvement techniques for our services.

- Devising strategies for reducing costs with understanding of industry, BTL marketing efforts and delivery mechanism.

- Managing day-to-day sales for making effective utilization of man, agencies, partners & materials.

- Vendor Management, ensuring all forecast in orders based on marketing promotions.

- Understanding and monitoring the order generation process and keeping tabs on the pipeline of orders being generated on a daily basis.

- Mapping and streamlining the entire order fulfillment process to ensure smooth service delivery to customer.

- Coordination with Delhi HQ in-charge for various operational elements like accounts, recruitments, sales team, vendors.

- Excellent organization and communication skills

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines is essential for a fast-paced environment

- Education- MBA/ B.Tech

- Experience- Minimum 3 years experience
