Job Description:
- Responsible for driving client servicing team - digital Campaign Management, Account Management, Optimisation, Client Servicing
- Key role is to manage clientele and to provide an integrated marketing proposition for clients from brief understanding to building media plans for smooth execution of the campaign.
- Identify trends and insights, and help client to get better ROI
- Maximize revenue from each client & increase client retention rate
- Develop market & innovation knowledge within the team
- Strong understanding of digital media aspects like ComScore, Google ad planner, Alexa, Google analytics, Google ad-words
- Multiple channel management: Search, Email, Branding, Mobile media, etc.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Relevant experience of 3-8 years
- Excellent communication skills
- Team management experience
- Interaction with potential clients to assess exact requirements for successfully developing new business.
- Strategizing work for the team and ensuring smooth execution
