ROLE DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to handle the TA team and build recruitment strategies
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strategy: Design the company's hiring strategy for roles across departments.
- Work with Functional Heads to determine annual hiring needs
- Recruitment Process Design: Help hiring managers in crafting appealing job descriptions.
- Sourcing: Help the teammates to figure out the right sourcing channels
- Help the team in the End to End recruitment process.
- Vendor Management
- Cost optimization:-Reduce cost of hire and improve offer acceptance rate.
- Analytics: Track metrics to spot successes and opportunities for improvement in the hiring process.
- Relations Management: Ensure candidates are nurtured in pre Onboarding stage
- Mentor: Mentor the new candidates through their Training period for optimal output
- Team handling and Team Expansion:-Recruitment of new team members and train them to deliver.
REQUIRED SKILLS & PARAMETERS
- Proven recruiting experience preferably in the sales industry
- Experience in the full recruitment life cycle
- Hands-on experience with social media recruiting
- Experience in formulating a hiring strategy
- Outstanding communication skills
- Excellent organizational ability
