ROLE DESCRIPTION :

Students come to CareerLabs to build their profile with an intent to get placed or go for higher studies. We provide a guided path for them through the entire journey. Part of the journey is to complete upskilling training. This is a crucial step in the journey.

As a Program Manager, you will be helming this part of the journey for the students. You will be responsible for a seamless execution of the training with Knowledge Partners and various trainers. You will be responsible for the end to end execution of the program and outcomes for students. You will have a team to execute training. you will be owning all learning metrics and business metrics.

Revenue and enrolments will not be your responsibility, but all learning metrics and NPS metrics will be owned by you.

Future Evolution of Role : As a key person in the strategic team, you will have the doors open to expand into Product Management or grow into owning the entire P&L for few training programs Business Vertical or get into Academic Operations. The call is yours.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Strategic :

- Be part of the Designing of the Training Programs

- Define the Program success metrics and define processes for execution

- Lead the Strategic planning and creation of portfolio of Programs

Program Execution :

- Run Programs as defined and drive the learning metrics

- Manage all stakeholders for each programs

- Build the team as we scale

- Transition the Partner into the company

- Coordinate for collaterals, materials and other requirements

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and teams

Relationship Management :

- Manage the running relationship with all Corporate Recruitment Partners

- Create and ecosystem of Trainers across skill sets and geographies

- Represent the Brand in review meetings and sales meetings as Subject Matter expert

Analytics :

- Data driven approach for reviewing the performance and metrics

Ownership :

- Ownership of the relations and ensure all stakeholders requirements are addressed

REQUIRED SKILLS & PARAMETERS :

- Experience in Running Training Batches at different scales and size

- Experience in Running Remote Training

- Should have experience of running Training Programs for 2 Years

- Preferred experience in running skill based training programs for college students

EXPERIENCE WITH TOOLS :

- Handling LMS for designing Live and Self Paced Programs

- Handling Proctored Examinations
