ROLE DESCRIPTION:
- As a Corporate Recruitment Partnership Manager (CPM) at CareerLabs, you will be the owner of all Strategic Recruitment and Training Partnership with various corporates, knowledge partners, industry partners. These relations can be transactional in nature that dwells into recruitment MoU's or strategic in nature with train and hire partnerships. On the other end, it would be training content partnerships. The variety is high and evolves as the brand evolves further.
- Our existing partners rely on their point of contact to understand and strategize the next steps of the relationship. You will be nurturing the relationship and lead their cause within the company.
As the company evolves and grows you will be expanding and leading the team in near future.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Strategic:
- Identify Top Potential Partners, Reach out and establish relations, Sign up partnership MoUs
- Represent CareerLabs in events and relevant forums
- Review the Partnership performance
Product:
- Work with the Product team and identify the requirements for new Corporate partners
- Coordinate the Pilot Programs and Pilot projects if applicable
Coordination:
- Initiate outreach activities to potential partners consistently and establish yourself as a Fresher Training Recruitment Specialist
- Transition the Partner into the company and orient them on our processes
- Coordinate for collaterals, materials, and other requirements
- Manage the Relationship with Partners by helping them visit colleges etc
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and teams
Analytics - A data-driven approach for reviewing the performance and metrics
Ownership: Ownership of the relations and ensure all stakeholders requirements are addressed
REQUIRED SKILLS & PARAMETERS
- Experience in Corporate Relationship Management in Training and Recruitment Space
- Ideal candidates would have 2+ years of experience in a similar role with industry connects
- HR and Relation Contacts / Specialization would be preferred
- Good Communication skills
- People Management skills
- Must have handled Contracts and able to review and hold discussion with other parties i.e understand legal language to some level
