Your Role :
We are looking for an ambitious & growth driven person to lead the People function. You will work directly with the founder on all things people to build an organisation that work's like a close-knit sports team with a mission to help millions of people across the globe to learn new skills affordably.

Responsibilities :
Talent Acquisition and Human Resources :
- Driving and managing the complete talent acquisition and human resources processes
- Working on strategic recruitment initiatives, talent forecasting, acqui-hires, etc.
- Managing vendors and the human resources team
Culture and Performance Management :
- Building a mission driven company culture, driving rituals and ensuring CareerNinja is a highly fulfilling, happy and high growth workplace
- Creating and driving performance management & it's systems to ensure fast and sustainable organisation growth and high productivity
- Work with the founder across the organisation to ensure projects are running on track & course-corrected on time and ensuring minimal variations from schedule or scope and alignment with company's objectives.
-Investor Relations, Compliances & Special Projects:-
- Communicate with investors & help prepare board meeting materials (e.g., briefing, decks, etc.), investment decks, executive presentations, and other high-value collateral.
- Ensure complete compliance with all financial, legal & government requirements
- Work with the founder on research, strategy and execution of various strategic initiatives and high-value/experimental projects based on organisation needs
Experience :
- Overall 2+ years of experience is a must across a combination of any of the below roles/domains:
- Should have 2-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR generalist or HR strategy background
- Previous experience in 3-4 domains/role types is compulsory, as a deep generalist
- Previous experience in a tech-startup (ideally product based) where you have managed projects is a must
- Alternatively, you can also come from a consulting or VC background
- Ex-founders or aspiring founders would highly enjoy this role
