- We are looking for a self-driven Social Media Specialist to attract and interact with targeted virtual communities and networks users. The goal is to gradually achieve superior customer engagement and intimacy, website traffic and revenue by strategically exploiting all aspects of the social media marketing roadmap.

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

As the Social Media Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for:

- Conceptualize and implement social media and digital media campaigns through Blogs, Twitter, Facebook, Google Adwords, YouTube, Linkedin, Pinterest, Instagram and other strategically relevant online properties

- Plan and execute social media strategies on various platforms like web, SEO/SEM, Marketing database, email, and online campaigns

- Work closely with designers and developers to ensure that the designs are properly built and implemented

- Conduct competitive analysis studies on competitors, including digital footprint analysis

- Making monthly Analytics report to measure/review performance of the campaigns & optimizing accordingly

- Ability to write concise, attention grabbing and hard-hitting copy that puts the message across

- Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information

- Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions

- Ideate and execute social media campaigns to meet specific business objectives

Skills and Experience :

- 1+ Years of Social Media Marketing experience in a corporate marketing or agency marketing role

- 1+ Years of Social Media Marketing experience on all major social media platforms - especially Google Cost Per Click campaigns and Facebook Campaigns

- Exceptional business writing skills and can visualize as well as convey a message into relevant and interesting content

- Excellent consulting, writing, editing (Image/Video/Text), presentation and communication skills

- Demonstrable social networking and social analytics tools experience (Google Analytics preferred)

- Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels

- Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability

- Good understanding of User behaviour patterns

- Fluency in English grammar

QUALIFICATIONS :

- Any Graduate/PG (Background in Communications or Creative media preferred)

- Certifications in Digital Marketing / Social Media Branding / Google Analytics (preferred)

- MICA Graduates Preferred
