JOB REQUIREMENTS: As the Social Media Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for: - Conceptualize and implement social media and digital media campaigns through Blogs, Twitter, Facebook, Google Adwords, YouTube, Linkedin, Pinterest, Instagram and other strategically relevant online properties - Plan and execute social media strategies on various platforms like web, SEO/SEM, Marketing database, email, and online campaigns - Work closely with designers and developers to ensure that the designs are properly built and implemented - Conduct competitive analysis studies on competitors, including digital footprint analysis - Making monthly Analytics report to measure/review performance of the campaigns & optimizing accordingly - Ability to write concise, attention grabbing and hard-hitting copy that puts the message across - Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information - Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions - Ideate and execute social media campaigns to meet specific business objectives Skills and Experience - 1+ Years of Social Media Marketing experience in a corporate marketing or agency marketing role - 1+ Years of Social Media Marketing experience on all major social media platforms - especially Google Cost Per Click campaigns and Facebook Campaigns - Exceptional business writing skills and can visualize as well as convey a message into relevant and interesting content - Excellent consulting, writing, editing (Image/Video/Text), presentation and communication skills - Demonstrable social networking and social analytics tools experience (Google Analytics preferred) - Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels - Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability - Good understanding of User behaviour patterns - Fluency in English grammar QUALIFICATIONS - Any Graduate/PG (Background in Communications or Creative media preferred) - Certifications in Digital Marketing / Social Media Branding / Google Analytics (preferred) - MICA Graduates Preferred About Career Anna: We are a curated learning platform with the sole focus on delivering training that is outcome-centric.
