The individual will join the team as Senior Vice President -Sales & Marketing.  Please note that we are seeking for a young, risk taking, entrepreneurial leader of extraordinary background to be part of a leadership team.  Desired candidate profile :  A desirable candidate for such a dynamic team should have the following traits:  - An MBA (Marketing) from an Ivy league university, IIM or ISB along with a Bachelor from IIT or equivalent institutes with an impeccable performance in academics.  - 5+ years of experience in leading sales marketing activities.  - Highly creative individual nurtures the team to think outside of the box, develops innovative marketing strategies and visually compelling imagery, in line with our product USP.  - Very standards driven, can implement, review, develop and benchmark standards to ensure the organization becomes and remains world-class.  - An individual with an intellectual curiosity such that he not only performs and understands his silo of work but branches out to understand how colleague work or other factors fit into the overall puzzle.  - A social person with an ability to build strong and lasting relationships, having a high energy and positive attitude that exudes power.  Compensation :  CareClues offers a competitive benefits program, designed to help employees build a sound financial foundation for meeting a diverse array of needs.   Salary will not be a constraint for the right candidate.  CTC Offered : 15-20 LPA
