Job Description:

We are currently seeking a young, dynamic and entrepreneurial leader with an impeccable background to be part of our leadership team as Sr. Manager Sales and devise the sales model for Careclues to pursue.

- Devising brand building and product positioning strategies will be the other important responsibilities.

- This is a unique opportunity for a highly motivated professional who wants to partner creative initiative and has a go-getter attitude.

- Accountable for overall sales strategy and revenue growth of the company on a PAN India reach.

- Planning, Implementing and directing the sales activities in a designated area to achieve sales objectives.

- Win early customers with limited support & excel the business volume from zero to agreed goals.

- Responsible for relationship building within the healthcare provider community and drive adoption of CareClues- product.

- Complete ownership of P&L in the organization with a razor-sharp focus on wresting market share from competitors.

- Track Market changes and suggest ways and means to sit on top of the competition.

- Play a strategic role in building the brand Careclues to drive business and sustain profitability.

- Monitor & control collection process.

- Establish contacts with Doctors and healthcare facilities (including clinics and diagnostic centres).

Desired candidate profile:

A desirable candidate for such a dynamic team should have the following traits:

- An MBA from a Premier Institute with an impeccable performance in academics.

- Minimum 5 - 10 years of demonstrated sales experience. Should include healthcare sales experience.

- Previous healthcare start-up experience preferred.

- A highly creative individual nurtures the team to - think outside of the box-, and develops innovative strategies and visually-compelling imagery, in line with our product's USP.

- Very standards-driven, can implement, review, develop and benchmark standards to ensure the organisation becomes and remains world-class.

- Ability to set and manage priorities, budgets and deadlines.

- A social person with an ability to build strong and lasting relationships, having a high energy and positive attitude that exudes power.
