- Ensuring inventory stocking levels are met across Global depot network
- Assist in the daily RMA Fulfillment within the ERP and CRM systems
- Analyze data to identify problematic areas and suggest improvements
- Plan and implement reverse logistics supply chain optimization projects
- Help foster trusting relationships with business partners and internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with IT professionals to implement effective system enhancements and automation
- Process Vendor RMAs for critical part replacement
- Driving Asset Recovery management related to defective part returns
- Provide logistics escalation support to the Customer Support Organization

Skills : Experience you will need:
- Able to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently
- Able to resolve complex issues, drive enhancements, and process improvements
- Experience in analysis and reporting in relevant domain
- Familiarity with supply chain processes (e.g. inventory planning, warehouse management)
- Working knowledge of MS Office, Salesforce, Netsuite or equivalent CRM
- Analytical mind with business acumen
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Outstanding organizational ability
Education :
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Supply Chain Analyst, Logistics Coordinator, or similar role
