Care24 is a leading in-home healthcare patient-care service provider serving ~900patients/day in Mumbai and Delhi. We offer medical care at home, workplace, or travel including consultations, nursing, attendant care, Infant Care, Physiotherapy, diagnostic lab, equipment, and pharmacy through its 1500+ specially trained medical and paramedic professionals. Care24 has aggressive plans to grow PAN India and grow 4-6X in the coming 2 years. (www.care24.co.in)

Position Overview:

Care24 has developed its service provider mobile application and current processes are being realigned for streamlining with the APP.

Project Manager will report and directly works with the Senior VP Operations and manages end to end product life cycle, gathering and prioritizing operational and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with the development team to deliver winning products in line with organization's core values and ethics.

We are looking for someone who can

- Understand current processes in operations

- Analyze the gaps and automation requirements

- Work with technology team for developments

- Analyze the data to optimize success metrics

- Move to next development

Responsibilities:

- Automate operations and processes for Caregivers and Patients.

- Gathers, manages and prioritizes business requirements..

- Works closely with Operations and Technology to ensure business case and customer satisfaction goals are met.

- Develops the business case for new developments and improvements to existing processes.

- Contribute your expertise to product documentation and training materials.

- Work with departmental managers to outline the specific data needs.

- Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and relationships in data.

- Manage interdepartmental coordination to ensure smooth project execution.

- Track project performance periodically to ensure both short-term and long-term goals are met

Education and Experience:

- Experience of 1-2 years in Project Management would be preferable.

- MBA from tier-1 or tier-2 college.

- Good working knowledge of Excel and SQL

Skills:

- Wireframe, Figma, Market Research, Jira

- Strong understanding of handling data

- Problem Solving
