We offer medical care at home, workplace, or travel including consultations, nursing, attendant care, Infant Care, Physiotherapy, diagnostic lab, equipment, and pharmacy through its 1500+ specially trained medical and paramedic professionals. Position Overview:

AVP Business Marketing Manager will report and directly work with the SVP Operations and the Founders.

This role will manage and support activities across all stages of the: customer acquisition, activation, retention and generating more business through different marketing channels.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Build marketing programs to support specific marketing objectives across different channels and segments in support of our overall strategic marketing plan

- Analyze user experience data, initiating digital projects, reporting on planned and current strategies, leading effective digital marketing strategies, and ensuring that projects are executed within budget.

- Plan and execute all digital marketing activities, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.

- Monitor and improve performance of all online campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.

- Organically increase Care24's presence in market

- Come up with new and creative growth strategies.

- Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests.

- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.

- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple sales channels and customer touch points.

- Draw out a comprehensive marketing plan to boost penetration, brand awareness and acquisition of customer/partners.

What we are looking at :

- Any Post Graduate/MBA in Marketing with 5+ years of experience into digital marketing preferably from a healthcare startup.

- Run the vertical like your own business.

- Early-stage start-up hence requires incredible detail orientation and process thinking. Do-er versus a talker.

- Develops new innovative approaches for market development, acquiring and analyzing data, and consulting with internal and external sources.

- Maintains digital relations with customers by organizing and developing specific customer-relations programs.

- Experience towards ROI campaigns, SEO, SEM and Google Analytics

- Should be willing to be a part of fast-paced aggressive work culture growing start-up.

- Great communication, negotiation and persuasion skills

- Entrepreneurial mindset ability to see and derive value out of every associations

Compensation: 15 LPA Fixed + 5 LPA variable
