CARE Ratings - Analyst/Lead Analyst/Assistant Director - Power Sector

Seeking candidate with work experience in Bank (in credit/risk roles only)/Rating agency/ Corporate Finance. The candidate must be a CA (1st/2nd attempt) or MBA from tier 1/2 colleges. Office is at NOIDA and hence candidate located/willing to relocate to DELHI NCR may ONLY APPLY. Moreover only limited need-based WFH facility is available on a monthly basis. Multiple openings at various role are available. However, it is for INDIVIDUAL CONTRIBUTOR position only. Candidate with notice period of less than 3 months will be preferred.

Indicative core responsibility of analyst includes :

- Derive insights from financial statements, regulatory filings/orders, agreements, study reports, sanction documents etc.

- Prepare concise report from a voluminous data set. Hence fluency is required in MS Excel, PPT and Word.

- Regularly monitor portfolio companies and industry.

- Advanced knowledge on ratios and cash flow analysis is mandatory.

- Interact with client to seek information. Visit plant and conduct management meeting.

- Write ratings notes and making presentations before rating committees.

- Handle post committee procedures and comply with audit.
