Seeking candidate with work experience in Bank (in credit/risk roles only)/ Rating agency/ Corporate Finance. Freshers with outstanding academics may also apply. The candidate must be a CA (1sr/2nd attempt) or MBA from tier 1/2 colleges. Candidate located or willing to relocate to DELHI NCR may ONLY APPLY. Multiple openings at various role are available. However, it is for INDIVIDUAL CONTRIBUTOR position only. Candidate with notice period of less than 3 months will be preferred. Indicative core responsibility of analyst includes : - Derive insights from financial statements, regulatory filings/orders, agreements, study reports, sanction documents etc. - Prepare concise report from a voluminous data set. Hence fluency is required in MS Excel, PPT and Word. - Regularly monitor portfolio companies and industry. - Advanced knowledge on ratios and cash flow analysis is mandatory. - Interact with client to seek information. Visit plant and conduct management meeting. - Write ratings notes and making presentations before rating committees. - Handle post committee procedures and comply with audit.
