Salary offered: 10 - 25 LPA i. Demonstrated ability in developing and implementing new strategies and procedures. ii. Strong presentation skills both spoken and written are a must. iii. Exposure to Windows Office and proficiency with MS Excel and MS Power Point is a must. iv. Strong ability to make and implement decisions. v. Ability to objectively analyse and interpret quantitative and qualitative program monitoring and evaluation data. vi. Familiarity with functioning of government systems and procedures, particularly in health program. vii. Familiarity with insurance sector operations - preferably with Government sponsored schemes. viii. Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization including executive level. ix. Willingness and ability to learn and support learning in peers and subordinates. x. Ability to meet hard timelines while working on different assignments simultaneously. xi. Proficient in Hindi/ English language.
