Job Summary (Detailed Role):

- To Conduct Analysis related to attrition, performance management system , talent acquisition analysis ETC.

- To Handle the HRIS related projects.

- To Prepare presentations to show the findings of the analysis.

- Handling the Rewards and Recognition of the organization.

- Conducting engagement activities centrally.

- HR Policy Creation and Amendment.

Required Qualification and Experience:

- Post Graduate / Graduate.

- Good relationship Skills.

- Good communication skills.
