- 1. Manpower planning as per the requirement received from the stake holders.
- 2. End to End management of Recruitment process till on-boarding of candidate and adherence to timelines
- 3. Managing the Source Mix
- 4. Manage all transfer and relocation of employees to process transfer order.
- 5. Conduct exit interviews for resigned staff and retention.
- 6. Employee grievance are attended and resolved.
- 7. Ensure all branches are complaint as per statutory regulation requirements.
- 8. Manage the BGV process for all the employees.
- 9. Branch visits, upward feedbacks, employee satisfaction survey and one-on-one sessions.
- 10. Conduct Skip level meet, Open house session, New-joiner meet.
- 11. Conduct and deliver HR induction to all new joiners on policies and systems.
Talent Management : - 1. Employee confirmations for all eligible staff are processed within time.
- 2. Driving on-line learning & development modules to all employees in the region.
- 3. Rewards and recognition for top performers.
- 4. Working on Projects like Succession Planning, change Management, Performance Management & Attrition Management
