CarDekho.com - Zonal Manager - Sales - Used Car

Zonal Manager at CarDekho and Gaadi are responsible for driving the P&L for entire set of technology solutions and business lines by building and leading teams in a city. We are looking to hire city heads for new car & used car business in key cities.

Key Roles :

- Create the annual operating plan and sales action plan for the city working closely with sales heads and business heads

- Build, train, manage and lead a team to drive P&L across all product solutions

- Develop and maintain the CarDekho / Gaadi partnership network with key stakeholders in the city - especially dealer principals and key financial institutions

- Take decisions on city level pricing decisions for customized solutions

- Assess customer needs and sell customized solutions cutting across multiple product lines

- Generate customer insight to feed into and shape product development plans

- Drive launch of new products within his city

Key Requirements :

- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)

- Prior experience of managing and leading a team,Preferable Retail sales,FMCG,Consumer Electronics Industry

- People with minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience

- Strong project management and coordination skills
