STATE HEAD JD - Should understand the market better and identify key parameters to be focused on for developing the business in the state - Devise strategy for achieving volume, rake and other targets pertaining to the respective cities in the state - Should handle and manage the Retail vertical, Market making vertical of the state - Should check the processes laid are in place and try bettering them to optimise the performance - Should plan Retail ZM targets store wise and communicate the incentive policy respectively - To analyse data wrt leads, visits, inspections and conversion to cover up for gaps and lacks by daily tracking with retail team - Store wise conversions to be improved by bettering the negotiations done by retail through timely training - To ensure the Market making team maintains good relations with the used car dealers registered with cardekho - Tracking the pricing received in auctions in regular intervals to ensure conversion always is on the higher note - Taking corrective actions and instant decisions whenever bidding and participation of dealers in auctions fluctuates - Should keep a check on liquidation of bought cars by delivering them to dealers - To track the stuck inventory in the yard and devise measures to liquidate them in due time to avoid loss - Solve grievances pertaining to the dealers in the minimum TAT possible - To conduct timely reviews with the retail ZMs and market making TMs and their respective teams so as to maintain consistency in performance - Should ensure incentive policies are communicated in time and motivate the team to achieve the respective targets to receive incentive - Should manage the costs involved and have a thorough understanding of the unit economics of the state - To take care of P&L of the state by cutting short on expenses wheresoever possible - To look out for new city expansions as per the business requirements - To always maintain full manpower capacity without shortfalls and get replacements or new hiring done through HR team
