Sr. Director / Associate Director / Director - OEM Business

Cardekho.com is seeking an extremely talented and driven professional who will be responsible for managing ~10-20% of the overall company revenue. The role will involve gaining a deep understanding of our partner car or bike OEMs business and fully leveraging internal capabilities to deliver a host of solutions across Media, SaaS software solutions, Lead Management and E-Commerce. Knowledge of Online Media along with the communication and analytical skills are needed to influence/ build relationships and provide expert service, research and market insights to the Clients.

The role will involve gaining an understanding of Digital Marketing, Product Management, and Operations & Analytics and can be a stepping stone into larger P&L responsibilities within the organization.

Key responsibilities will include:

a) P&L ownership of Key OEM Accounts for CarDekho. This is a cross functional P&L across 4 lines of business - Media, SaaS solutions, Lead Management Solutions & Full-fledged e-commerce.

b) Work with MDs, CMOs & Sales Heads and senior management teams of Auto OEMs in India helping them leverage across platforms.

c) Work with cross-functional internal teams for timely deliverables to the client

d) Understand client requirements and conceptualize how our range of product offerings can grow their business

e) Forging strategic partnerships in digital space, marketing campaign execution, identifying opportunities for BD

This professional will directly work with the company's founder's and will be highly visible at the most senior levels of the company. The role also is a stepping stone to larger P&L responsibilities within the company.

Qualifications - 

a) Master's degree in Management from a Top 10 ranked B-School

b) Bachelor's degree from a Top Institute including IITs, BITS, SRCC, St. Stephens etc.

c) 3-5 years of experience in Consulting industry/ Investment Banking

d) Prior knowledge of Auto Industry preferred

e) Very strong analytical and communication skills

f) Experience aligning and driving cross-functional groups

g) Passionate about working in entrepreneurial set-ups and creating/ managing a business
