Job Description:

1.To source exchange business by doing tie-ups with various OEM's and New Car Dealerships

2.Ensure adequate manpower planning & hiring in order to ensure smooth operations

3.Ensure that the Quote generation process is executed seamlessly and strive for operational excellence

4.Develop a well-crafted and coordinated Service Recovery process so as to build confidence & reliability in the minds of the clients

5.Maintain healthy relationship with all clients

6. Consistently analyse client needs and provide best-fit solution, timely.

7.Develop a field-centric approach and regularly meet client through physical visitations

8.Ensure that the internal team is keep highly motivated at all times.

9.Ensure all operational, financial and organisational targets are met on consistent basis

10.Exhibit highest levels of integrity, business ethics and ethos while conducting business

Desire profile :

1.Education qualification :Min graduate

2.Work Experience : Min 7 years, preferably in Automobile industry

3.Gender : Male

4.Function /Industry: Used Car / New Car Industry

5. Good communication Skill
