Strong background into Augmented Reality/Virtual Reality/3D Projects - To be accountable for end-to-end delivery of projects assigned. - Effort estimation and coming up with correct milestones. - Handle & guide team of project coordinators. - Manage Development project across all project phases, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure. - Work collaboratively with team members, development team, and design team and the marketing team to determine technical direction and approach to system design and implementation, including both brand products and supporting systems. - Manage the day-to-day activities of projects and staff; communicate with project teams as necessary to ensure project deliverable are on schedule. - Should be able to grow the team- set up hiring process as per requirement, lead the recruitment team and raise the team for your project. - Should keep himself updated with upcoming things in domain, and should be open to lean new technologies. - Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic services environment and capable of dealing with multiple competing demands.
