Role : Core Team - Manager (Product)   Location : Jaipur   Experience : 3+ years of experience in Product Management   Salary : Competitive & Negotiable based on profile   Key Responsibilities :   Manager (Product) will be aligned with the core team and work very closely with the CEO of Cardekho. He/She will be responsible for conducting analyses to support product decisions and formulate the vision for product along with the CEO. Finally, the role will involve translating the product vision into execution and measuring the performance and efficiency of product features.   Key activities will include:   - Envision product features across the Cardekho/Girnar portfolio.   - Conceptualize and develop dashboards to measure performance of product features.   - Track key metrics on a day-to-day basis. Identify outliers in patterns and analyse the cause of such outliers.   - Setup up mechanism for periodic reviews and creates relevant material (reports, presentations) and MIS packs (Excel, BI tools etc.)   - Implement product features with deep analytics integration.   Desired Skills and Experience :   We are looking for self-driven, smart people with a structured thought process. The person is expected to be a quick learner, who is self-motivated to improve ways of working keeping in pace with the highly charged up start-up culture that we have here.   The ideal candidate will have :   - 3+ years of relevant experience with product development, management and analytics for internet companies (e.g. eCommerce)   - Understanding and hands on experience with the complete lifecycle of product design and development including wireframing, feature visualization, tracking etc.   - Understanding of tools to improve and measure product quality (e.g GA, Appsflyer, Flurry etc.)   - Good oral/written communication and task management skills. Strong attention to details   - Hands on experience with back-end development will be a plus (Java preferred)   - Ability to take initiatives, learn quickly, multi-task and be goal oriented
