We are looking for awesome sales gurus & solutions specialists with a record-breaking history in Channel Sales. The position will be accountable for expanding product reach and adoption to Auto Dealers in the country through appropriate channel strategy. The role entails rapidly developing client base PAN India, beating defined sales targets and helping enterprises ride the cloud. You will focus on managing P&L for your business by developing your team and expanding B2B segment.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Head the entire sales force of the organization & with overall responsibility for strategic sales planning & designing distribution and coverage strategy for the products in both the existing and new lines so as to ensure achievement of the organizational bottom & top-line targets.

- Develop the entire sales team; to build and maintain the sales force up to its potential and beyond through a variety of measures. These include effective sales training, sales system implementation, mentoring and coaching.

- Leading Channel Sales and revenue generation with profit maximization.

- Identify, develop and harness new markets, products and ideas, aligned to company goals.

- Responsible for contributing to the budget and other financial goals for the Company including own business unit budget planning, forecast and adherence to.

- Contribute to the short-term and long-range planning to support strategic business goals of the Company.

- Establish and monitor the performance goals, allocate resources, and assess policies for all subordinates.

- Strategy planning, execution and monitoring of marketing and advertising of the company offerings.

- Excellent networking skills. Positive attitude, result oriented with a sharp biz acumen and ability to think out of the box

- The overall Sales strategy for the country/regions is developed by this position taking various market and competition inputs.

- Responsible for ensuring that there is a standardization of various sales processes and systems across the locations.

- The focus of the job is in building a strong sales team and keeping them trained and motivated to achieve the sales objectives.

- To ensure that performance of various parties involved in the sales process is high so that the desired growth rate can be achieved.

- To handle Internal communication with various stakeholders also ensures free flow of information.

APPLY IF YOU HAVE-

- To qualify you must have min 5 Yrs. experience of heading Channel Sales for a reputed e-com, insurance or financial institute.

- 15 or more years of experience in sales function

- Looking for a fast growth in a challenging environment and willing to work hard.

- Superior analytical and influential skills, attention to detail, and exceptional creativity, with the ability to balance in a resource constrained environment.

- Solid track record of successfully understanding the needs of the client and developing relationships that lead to long-term partnerships.

- Understanding of market / channel dynamics and their interplay to ensure meeting business goals.
