We are looking to hire a strategic Manager -HR Operations, reporting to Head HR Operations. This role will require close association with the Senior Management leaders, HR teams and other leaderships. Key Skills : Individual Contributor &amp; Will be working as a part of HR Operations team which is responsible for providing backend HR services to business operations. HR operations and operational HR services, include administrative services, job analysis, and employee relationship management. - Payroll, compliance check with internal policies and processes. - Experience in HR Operation, Insurance &amp; Process improvement - Experience in Automation systems is mandatory - Experience in Payroll and Statutory Compliances is mandatory - Payroll cost &amp; Budget. - Payroll Accounting. - Critical stakeholder management - Team management Key areas of focus : - Responsible for distributing employees' pay on time through chosen channels such as banks and execute the distribution of earnings statements either manually or electronically. - Addressing new Joinee/existing employee Mediclaim &amp; PF queries, Monthly Group Payroll reconciliation, Monthly Resignation/Retirement/Contract Closure Updating. - Maintain an accurate and efficient payroll procedure for employees - Ensure compliance adherence in Tax, PF and other compliance matters - Developing processes, policies and best practices &amp; ensuring implementation - Keeping abreast with the best practices in the industry &amp; Domain - Developing &amp; implementation of system automation plan &amp; HR analytics - Analyse, evaluate and lead cost sheet monthly bifurcation and allocation along with the business and HR Leaders - Be an engine for HR Analytics and work closely with the senior business stakeholders as a problem solver for all strategic business issues - Publishing various HR analytics to internal HR teams, peer group &amp; leadership team The following competencies will enable success in the role: - Strong in Payroll, Compliances and hands demonstrate Ownership &amp; Accountability. - Ability to Plan &amp; Prioritize. - Strong communication skills, especially with large groups. - Stakeholder management &amp; a demonstrated ability to influence. - Ability to collaborate with and outside the function to drive results. - Business Acumen - An ability to understand the business metrics / key drivers to drive appropriate decisions/actions that lead to business results. - An ability to think outside the box / creative thinking.
