- To manage critical dealer/DSA/sub DSA relationships and source business through them by helping them adopting technology
- To provide suggestions and improvements in process and to create -tech-optimized process
- To build and lead local ops team to service channel partners & manage loan filing process effectively
- Coordinate and supervise the whole process of loan (from file opening to disbursement of loan)
- Coordinating with credit and OPS team for maintaining the proper TAT
- To ensure 100% satisfaction of channel partners through strict control on login to disbursement funnel and TATs
- To check the market scenario and provide suggestion based on that
- To train team & channel partners on various product solutions both tech and financial
- To meet local city level targets for disbursements & other operations KRAs
- To generate regular analysis and MIS reports and coordinate with head office on everything
- To develop schemes for increased business through local channels and enhancing relationship with finance partners
- To maintain good relationship with dealers to increase business in Organized sector
- To be able to generate opportunities for cross-selling of products to the dealer
Job Requirements :
- Must be innovative, driven, self-motivated and hungry to achieve goals
- Must be mobile and love to be on-field
- Graduate, preferably MBA
- At least 3-6 years of experience in handling dealers and agents
- Effective leadership management skill, Aggressive, Smart and Good Communication Skill
- Young dynamic and smart thinking candidate required.
